Pink Floyd is considered to be a progressive rock band. But for a prog band the music is fusion of jazz, classic and rock and the unusual time signature. Pink flyod's most songs are in usual 4/4 format. And their songs are more likely to be art rock.

not the biggest fan of pink floyd but his music reminds me of the stuff i listen to while i trip. the two that comes to mind being skinshape and tame impala. idk might be off,, they all sound so psychedelic to me
