Maybe I'm just out of the loop, but I never actually seen a good, immersive, well-produced porn/erotic game.
Things don't seems to have progressed far from those flash games from the old days.

Am I really out of the loop or there aren't really any worthy porn games? 

I really wonder why, since video games have such a huge market.

I'm guessing most of the porn games tend to be cash grabs - I mean, if you're investing that much into graphics to make something that can compare to mainstream games (remember, that's both hardware/software and skilled manpower) you might as well make a mainstream game for the wider audience.

The other thing that might make a porn game good would be storyline - honestly only Japan has consistently made porn games like that, and they're probably going to stick to the standard conventions for these games (aka dialogue/choice heavy, almost like an interactive novel) which doesn't really need much better graphics than Flash.

I’ve played a few porn games are in general they’re not great. The impression I get is that either you’re paying monthly for one game that’s pretty decent or you’re playing trash flash player games. On steam there are a few “good” porn games that cost 5-10 dollars but in general they’re just hentai pictures with a below average story. The best porn game I’ve played is one called daughter for desert (you can select step daughter or real daughter but it doesn’t impact game play AFAIK). It was one where you could choose between options of what to say and the story was okay but the decisions would also influence the gameplay which I thought made it a step up from other porn games.

F95zone is a really good site. You can find tons of porn games with actual dev working on them and constant updates. You can also find cracked Japanese porn games.

Like the others have said, games from Japan are really the only ones with any sort of production value, mostly. They're pretty costly over there, actually. If image stills aren't your thing, some of these games have animated CGs or even have actual gameplay elements like dungeon crawling. You can find some of these if you use VNDB and search by tags.

I suggest taking a look at Dlsite if you're trying to find a good porn game. Most of it is hentai, but the rankings on the games are accurate. But a lot of the games are on F95zone, so I use it as a search engine.
