I know porn stars have the freedom to do what they want with their body, but I lose interest in them once they go under the knife to change something about themselves. Examples:
Naomi Woods: had a major crush on her until she changed her lips.
Nickey Huntsman: when she got a boob job, I lost interest in her. Same goes for Pepper Hart.
Hannah Hays: Dam she was perfect, but the nipple tattoo and face tattoo she has now doesn't do it for me. But tattoos don't normally bother me.
Things like weight gain or loss, change of hair color or style doesn't bother me though.

Lela Star was perfect when she was younger, just gorgeous. Then she went away and had a lot of surgery and is unrecognizable now. Not the least bit attractive.

Lela Star is always cited as the biggest tragedy in this scenario and it's absolutely correct. She might have been one of the top 3 hottest girls ever just the cutest/nastiest faces with the perfect body. Just unreal
