Felt Prison Break was the most consistent, but each show had big changes (writer's strike didn't help) that affected the strength of at least one season. Lost had its ending, Heroes had the 2nd season, and Prison Break was repetitive IMO but most consistent. House is fantastic, as are Breaking Bad and The Expanse.

I watched out the entirety of Prison Break, Lost started to drag a bit and the ending is a turn off and I simply dropped Heroes

Heroes would have to be the choice for me. The others just lost me over time.

And I'm a sucker for super hero-ability stuff.

I agree that lost is the best of them, but I disagree with the order of Prison break and Heroes. Heroes was more consistently good but Prison break had better high parts.
