At what point does it become an issue of personal responsibility as opposed to product of an unfortunate situation. Often the media can be picky and choose to present certain people in a sympathetic light. However, for people like mass murderers, no matter how bad their home situation is, their action cannot be justified. Are these people to be blamed if their home life or school life or whatever is also to blame?
