Quarantine Recipes
#1
Anyone try some new recipes this quarantine?? I've tried out butter chicken for the first time and it turned out nicely. Curious to hear what you've tried.

I tried making a lasagna a few weeks ago - could have been better...

I cook all the time but wanted to load up my freezer with easy meals to heat up. Lasagna, made about 20 burritos and froze them - they're really easy and generally inexpensive to make.
The other thing was making loads of pizza dough and freezing it, easy to roll it out and make a pizza pretty fast. One meal I make often is a whole chicken stuffed with thyme, lemon, garlic
roast it on a bunch of cut up vegetables like potato, onion, celery, carrot etc - separate the skin between the breasts and meat and stuff some butter in there, season and roast it and you've got
a nice 1-pot meal.

Bread! It was not as hard as I thought it was gonna be and makes your house smell amazing

Creamy herb chicken is my favorite, it's easy and delicious. But if you want something even easier I would say experiment on BBQ meats with different sauces
