Maybe it's not rating but where you say if link is "working", "not working".

So my question is, are you only allowed to report it working or not a certain times a day? Because that button disappeared for me. I just think it's handy to be able to do that letting others know.

Is it considered spamming by reporting those working links too often?  Because it is helpful to others.
