Do any of you guys make passive income through real estate? I’m getting older and want to start saving money to invest into rental property but it seems like something not really easy to get into. How did you guys do it and what’s your story?

I wish. Better to flip houses or do commercial real estate than deal with rental bullshit. Even dealing with high end rental bullshit, things fall apart, and you end up paying more than you should to fix things.

I think it's better to buy a house out in the country with your own water and a lot of land and have a farm and graze cattle. Food and water insurance for when things get tough. Grand Solar Minimum is coming.

Go into crypto, it's a lot easier. Go into it early.

Housing market seems to be very strong. Definitely worth putting atleast 50% of your portfolio in. Just don't buy in gimmicky areas where one industry dominates like Las Vegas.
