Look for an app that best emulates real painting physics. I saw Adobe Fresco's watercolor physics and that is amazing but it's a monthly subscription unfortunately. Also found art set 4. any others?

Paint tool sai is pretty good, not sure how well it mimicks the painting physics, but I've seen really realistic stuff made with it.
