Ok,

I think you need to understand what each of what you mention are, and where they fit.

To do react or angular, you’ll need to know either JavaScript or typescript.

If you are doing web interface JavaScript or typescript, you’ll need to know html and css.

So, my recommendation.

Learn to make a quick website on your computer with html and basic css.

Then learn JavaScript or typescript to make it better.

Then use a framework or library like angular or react to have your code in more manageable layout/features built in.

My best recommendation for front end is to wear a cup. No one likes getting kicked in the balls.

HTML, CSS, JavaScript for sure. There’s no other language better than that - use a library like React or Vue.

When u can create any content using ur skills,

After that, study angular =)
Cause react its a library..
