Hoe do people here deal with regret?

A few years back while being a student, I missed out on 150 euro Every month. Ik worked my ass off to make that money through work. I Could have sent An e-mail and it would be fixed, but that e-mail was never sent. Still feel really bad about it...

Any techniques to come to terms with this?
