I have read the FAQs and other support posts and have made a previous thread asking about contributor points. I saw that making posts in any non-Leaks section will provide positive contributor points albeit at a lower amount compared to making a thread. After a number of posts in non-leak threads I have not seen my contributor point level increase a single point. Is this a bug or is the positive point(s) given for posts some fraction of a point?
Not knowing the actual levels of points needed to view links, or the amount of points given for posts vs threads is frustrating. I know the points for non-leak threads vs leak threads has been discussed previously.

Topics or Threads give you positive points in the non leak sections but these are very small compared to threads in the leak sections.

Replies or posts do not change your contributor rating in the non leak section but decrease it in the leak section.
