Lately I have had no luck with finding anyone who can do this or. They are scammers. Is this still possible? I have a couple it would like done.

Its possible, although just very difficult now. If you have the persons email and or phone number go to a site like weleakinfo.to and then you can see if their info is in a data leak and then you can use that to try to log into that snapchat account.
