Is there any future plans on a search result subscription?

For example, if you made a search, but with no results, you could then tag it as a search subscription.
For partial folders, updates, or content that has been requested but not posted, this would be incredibly useful.

I believe this is currently possible on Youtube and Google.
I'm not sure on how much coding or processing/server power this would additionally require, but it would be a nice feature.
