I have a book i recommend if u are in a tough time or being depressed
it's a book titled "Never get Angry again" by by Dr. David J. Lieberman Ph.D
At first i bought the book because obviously i have angry problem, and having a hardtime to control my emotional self
but when i read it what i got was a way to love myself and how to see things from different perspective, like what makes me really frustrated or mad at certain point doesn't always actually matter
