Have things changed in your life? I find stress affects mine a lot (and pandemics are kinda stressful).

Maybe try looking at solving other negative effects in your life and see what happens? Worse case, you fix a different problem!

There may be multiple reasons to why this is occurring. (I am assuming male for this) Low testosterone may be the issue. If you think that may be it, there are some natural ways you can try to raise your T levels. If you are not very active, try getting into a workout routine. Lifting weights and watching yourself improve/become more fit is a good way to earn back confidence! Self-confidence is another thing that may help you get some drive back in your life. I do not recommend watching porn. Although it may get the job done sometimes, it is not a great habit for the brain. Try giving yourself a few days in between self-intimacy times and see if you even want to do that. I don’t know what you have tried so far, but there are things out there that can help you in this situation! You just have to be patient with yourself

If you have a sedentary lifestyle (like most people during the pandemic), a little bit of regular exercise and catching some sun rays might do the trick for you. Another option would be to check your nutrition and see if you are getting all that the body needs. Either would also help against monotony, which would help against depression. Otherwise, see if you could find some new ways to wind down or if you could find someone new to talk to.

If none of that works, find out if there's anything else about the state of your body and/or psyche that needs to be addressed. I would advise consulting a professional in that case.

Don't force anything. Talk to a doctor to see if there are any supplements that may help. Try not to stress about it; stress may compound the issue.

You can try get a testosterone test and see if that's low. If that's the case you can speak to a Doctor or find ways online to increase it. Some of the reasons for low testosterone can be to do with things you use. For example, certain shampoo or treatment for hair loss can cause these issues.

If low testosterone is not the problem, it could just be to do with your mood overall. If you've been feeling down recently, or very stressed this can cause this. Also it can be due to execessive masturbation and watching a lot of porn. You could try not watching it for a while and see if that changes anything.

Just try to be more active and change your lifestyle, it could help.

Just like these other dudes have said, being more active will 100% up your drive.

Other thing to remember is not to get hung up on it, sometimes you go through low times and it will be back, important thing is to not get fixated.
