I recently got a gift card for the playstation store and i decided to get the house flipper game, but im not sure which one is better. Theres the 15 dollar difference between 1 and 2 but apparently there are some QoL changes, but then again the first game has way more content. What do you guys think?

I would say go with house flipper 1. Old is gold as they say. And like you mentioned the greater amount of content is amazing.
