Comfight (lets you search through Flickr's creative common license photos)

Wikimedia Commons

There are hundreds more but those are a few good places to start.

There’s also graphicEx hd. Was a great site with loads of contributors added daily.

The search console wasn’t the best so you would have to sift through loads to find the right one.
