Sleep and sexual health

I usually sleep for around 7.30hr
I try to avoid going to bed late at night

How many hours of sleep do u need?
Does sleeping less hours affects ur sexual health?

Yeah it does because if you sleep less you eat more and gain weight in the process

I get 6 hours. Lack of sleep deffo inhibits performance!

I think my body has been used to a good 6.5-7 hours of sleep over the past few years. If I get really little sleep like 3-4hour it affects my health noticeably.

I bounce between 3 to 15 hours, lockdown got my sleep pattern fucked

Sleep is very finicky thing to base and assume around. Some people need less hours, some need more. For example, on Saturday I only got four and half hours of sleep but I was able to shovel and clean houses for 6-7 hours. While today I got 7-8 but was extremely tired and bored. With sleep you need to keep a consistent time you wake up at and go to sleep at. As soon as you change it, your body begins to act different and is unable to work at its maximum. So try to set up a time you wake up at and sleep, and figure out how many hours you need to sleep. It's a little bit tiring, but when you do it, you feel so much better.
