I was recently lent the disc for Spiderman (PS4) and enjoyed it thoroughly - heard conflicting things on its DLC though and wondering if the various pieces are worth their price?

You mean the city that never sleeps DLC? I got it, but found it quite boring compared to the base game. The new Miles Morales looks good, but keep in mind that it's like a $50 separate purchase.

I played it and I'd say it's not worthy, unless you get a very good discount.
