I belive both of them has each niche and features but overrall they also own most of the marketshare.

Spotify has better curated playlists and plus I’ve been using it forever so my own created playlists are massive...I just prefer the layout as well and I own mostly apple products

No flaws with spotify so far, got the family subs for 15 a month and it worth every pennies since you can share up to 5 people

Ive never tried apple music but spotify is great. Normally I turn off song recommendations but spotify has put me on to a lot of good artists
