Hey all, does anyone here have lots of experience either doing or giving technical interviews? Just wondering what traits the interviewer looks for, aside from the obvious being able to solve the problem.
You can pass 90% of interviews by studying these resources: the tech interview handbook, leetcode, the system design manual, and designing date intensive applications.
These days, I've the ability to self research or have a good network of resources to pull from to be able to problem solve and less the ability to immediately know the answer to something is more valuable a skill set. Above and beyond just google it, having a few resources you can reference is a large step forward as no one really expects you to know everything
