If you never heard of it, I recommend you to watch it; The season 2 is coming out soon and personally I think it's the best arch up to date.
The story is about the man who got stabbed and reincarnated into slime in the new world with Magic. It's a comedy and light-hearted isekai with great fighting scene.
I would love to talk more about it here but I also don't want to spoil the anime for those who have yet to watch. Unless there is someone who ask for it.
Ps. The reason why I know about the next arch because I already finished Webnovel and currently reading LightNovel ver.
Ps. I also know that US.ver of the LN are shockingly slow to the point they are behind the original for 8 volume and even the version of my country is already ahead by 2.
