Anybody create anything special or out-of-the-box with their leftovers? It’s not wildly creative but I used the turkey carcass + pan drippings to make stock for a soup and it was pretty tasty. I’ve seen babish’s videos with the mashed potato waffles and Moistmaker and those don’t look half bad either

I never waste turkey day leftovers... except for maybe the green beans lol. Currently eating turkey sandwiches.
