Ok so I just started watching the originals on Netflix last week and now I am halfway through season 3?, it’s a great show and I love it and was wondering if any of you have seen it and also I just found out it was kind of a spin-off of vampire diaries, are they both similar in the way the shows are? I’m not sure if I should start watching vampire diaries because it seems more chick flicky compared to the originals but I don’t know

I just started the original's also its a great show so much plot twists, my friend said vampire diaries was good also

Vampire diaries is a bit chick flicky yeah. It's not not diet Twilight so I'd still give it a shot.

Originals is good and very similar to Vampire Diaries. I started from Vampire Diaries then watched Originals after. I admit, I only watched it because the hot chicks, but it grew on me.

Both are fun shows to watch and binge. You can't go wrong.
