Sometimes you fear a task so irrationally that even if it only takes five minutes you could procrastinate for weeks. Depression and anxiety have often left me feeling like even the most simple things are arduous. The only advice I have is that you have to stop being self-critical and make up an imaginary deadline in your head. Facts aren't feelings. Even if you feel something is impossible to do, that's not ever the truth.
