Things you're working on about you
#1
What are you working on about yourself, and how are you going about making change? I'm working on dealing with some anxiety. I'm (mostly unsuccessfully) adding meditation and physical activiry to my routine.

I tend to worry and stress over past situations a lot. This costs me valuable energy and greatly reduces my quality of life. I have decided to talk to others more often and look for the underlying reasons for this churning of pasts events.

Cognitive behavioral therapy seems like something I could spend my time on, have to do some research into it first though...

Trying to be more mindful about physical fitness as I get older

I started getting rid of porn I haven't looked at in years. You end up growing an attachment to the porn you have, stuff you shouldn't be attached to. I deleted I think 300GB of the stuff, and genuinely felt better afterward.

I'm trying to gain some more weight. I don't really have an idea where I should start however

Go to the gym and start lifting weights. Eat lean meats, and cut out the fat and sugar. You'll start gaining muscle, which is better than gaining fat. Arnold Swarzenegger has a whole encyclopedia on it, and has a section how to be a beginning bodybuilder. You can also go the powerlifting route.

Im trying to add physical activity as well. As long as you're trying and making the effort, you're slowly making progress.

I'm working on my approach to relationships with my friends, family, and SO as I feel more like a lone wolf kind of person. Sometimes I feel extremely comfortable knowing that I am the only one who can make the decisions for my self without other's POV's
