I recently saw a movie in 4DX and was wondering what others thought about it. I thought it was kind of neat in ways, but mostly just gimmicky. For me, the seats moving didn't make it seem any more immersive, in fact, they seemed to move randomly at times just to remind you that they can. And the smells were all the same, don't know if the one I was at didn't work right or if this is a common problem. All in all it was an interesting experience and I would recommend checking it out just for fun, but don't expect too much.
