So it has been announced that Rocket League will be ported to mobile in a 2.5D style game.
You guys can see the trailer on YT so I wanted to give my opinion on it.
Tbh I love Rocket League, it has such a high skill cap and a strong learning curve. That's what I love, some good old challenge. No "true" stats to bother me, just pure skills.
But with the Rocket League mobile, I feel like something is missing, I didn't try it myself but it can be seen on the gameplay itself. It is difficult to tell where it will go but in my opinion, it still has a lot of potential towards more casual players. I can't really see a competitive scene around it (although it's not impossible) nevertheless, I have high expectations when it comes to fun little games between friends.
