Hey everybody,

I had a discussion last week whether Space Jam 2 is a freshened reboot of the original movie or just a plain ol' dirty money grab that lacks creativity.

I have seen the trailer and it seemed to take shots from the original movie frame by frame, like Yosemite Sam propelling himself upwards by his shooting guns.

Anybody seen the movie and has any thoughts on that??

I haven’t watched it but from everything I’ve heard it’s just Warner bros bragging about how many properties they own. I saw one review describe it as a “soulless” movie. But you know big chungus is in it so ig it gets some points for that

I recently wathced the movie and regardless my inicial thoughts, it is a nice movie to see at least one time.

It's a movie that's a remake of a movie that got its concept from a commercial. I think the movie is fine if you turn off your brain, because it's not trying to be more than it is.
