Does anyone use one or have experience with using one? I've read that they supposedly help you sleep better. I'm not entirely convinced how that works, but I am curious to try it out. How is it and Is it worth it?
As mentioned abov, pressure on the body can increase the release of serotonin in the brain. Similar to a technique used in occupational therapy, so there is science behind it. General sleep hygiene would be a good place to start before shelling out on expensive gadgets.
