Throwing a football

Anyone know how I can increase my range?  I can probably throw around 45-50 yards, but want to bring that distance up. To get there, I feel like I’m throwing a sharp spiral and releasing at a high point.  Maybe I’m not activating my legs enough.

Just keep repping man lol. 45-50 is very good if you aren’t a division 1 QB. Most important things are the fast twitch muscles and smaller muscles that develop over constant repping.
