What are your guys opinions on splits? Do they matter and if they do, what is your favorite split?

Depends on what you're goal is. For the most part it can help create a more balanced physique. So yeah I'd say so.

Depends on the split, if you're a beginner, specific goals, etc. Everyone's workout routine should be specific to their goals.
