Probably no chance due to the technical reason that the president can't be impeached post-term.
Joe Biden will be sworn in as the president on 1/20 and the bill to impeach Trump will be invalidated or expire.
I ain't no legal scholar but that's my guess.

Im more interested to see what happens after his term ends, if he will go to jail because of the tax evasion, knowing him he will probably pardon himself
