Have been trying to Upgrade my account using the coinpayments but i was even able to buy any coins due to certain reason.

I also tried to purchase from affiliates but not working either.  

Is there any other option i can use to purchase/pay for my upgrade?

Sounds like your bank is blocking the transaction because it sees the vendor as untrusted, and thinks that your card may be stolen. I had this problem for the longest time with a certain retailer in Europe, and would have to call my bank after the denial, to tell them that it's me who attempted that transaction, and ask them to greenlight it. I would wait for a while before attempting this again.

Do some posting, get some credits, and be choosey as to what porn threads you want unlocked. Patience is they key, anon.
