upgraded my account but when clicking on links it acts as if its not upgraded

I upgraded my account a couple of months ago and it will expire in the next days (8 days precisely ) in fact I receive emails notifying me. The problem is, my account got downgroaded the last month. Idk why, I think that is a mistake.

I had the same issue. I was upgraded for a day or two and then I was downgraded. I purchased the upgrade again only to be downgraded AGAIN the very next day.
