Right now I crop it out and that works okay when it’s something over the at the side or the frame but sometimes it’s right it the juicy stuff. Can iMovie do this?
Using OBS, how do I blur out personally identifiable information?

Try going into "Sources > Edit Scene"
A black bar should pop up with a red outline. I think you can then move it around and resize it accordingly.
Or you can add a new scene and have it blur out whatever section you want.
