Do you think Caitlin Clark would become the savior of the WNBA?
It's interesting to note that upon her arrival, she had received such notoriety on and off the court lately, a lot of players have their targets on her back, despite the talk about women empowerment and all that. It seems to be that a lot of people are jealous of her success and rise to stardom. Undeniably, the talent is there with how she plays and all that, given her debut was quite a mixed performance, it was still a good one nonetheless, the turnovers were abysmal but that's what you'd expect of a player that's being looked out on by a whole lot of people.
I really hope something happens with the WNBA, recent surge in its popularity with players like Ionescu has been great for their league, and a testament for women empowerment in sports. I wish they would disallow any future transgender politics on WNBA, this would just ruin the league.
