Way to release the tension of your body

My body used to get stiffened very often, maybe it's because of lot of spending time in front of computer.

Any good ideas for release my body from stress or your method, suggestion?

Personally I just lay on the ground and stretch then i just sit outside a little workout doesnt have to be much just enough to get your muscles stretched and you'll be pretty set, also some mental stretches such as counting to 100 then backwards meditating those work for me to get up and away from my electronics

get yourself a foam roller

Yoga if i'm tired and running if i have more energy. That is all i need Smile
