A shitton of cable low-budget movies end up being hilarious because they are so awful.

Most of the straight-to-TV movies on the Sci-fi channel were like this. Shitty horror movies like Ice Spiders or Yeti: Curse of the Snow Demon are so bad that they end up being funny.
