What are some of your culinary hot takes?
I guess since Christmas is a few days away, I’ve been doing a lot of cooking. So what are some of y’all’s hot takes when it comes to food? This could include things you dislike, do differently, or things you wish people wouldn’t do to their dishes.

When boiling hard boiled eggs you should always put them in a boiling water versus putting the eggs in cold and then warming it to boil. This way, you can get a nice egg that will peel smoothly because the egg whites have less time to stick to the shell as it warms in boiled water.

Cutting steaks and pancakes is overrated. All I need is me fork and me mouth. Really adds to the immersion.
