For me, my personal favorite is without a doubt Casino Royal just everything about that movie is perfect and I love it all. Also, and this may be an uncommon opinion, I love the Dalton films. Both of his films are some of the best Bond movies made.

In no particular order, Casino Royale, Goldeneye, The Living Daylights, and Goldfinger. It feels like each of these movies really define the actors as Bond. There's is probably also some nostalgia involved, but re-watching these movies are always fun.
