[Punsmaster]

I saw that in the leaked programs forum there is a strict rule that 'Loaders' may not be posted. However, when it comes to me, I haven't really come across them in the context of hacking and/or pirated software, so I am generally left in the dark. I was thinking about sharing old ROMs I have there for emulators but I want to know what the rule covers so that I don't break it.
