On release, it looked like it had a lot of potential and all of my friends started playing the game at launch.  I only played for the first season(?) and dropped the game because of work and disinterest(I'm shit).  Now only a few of my friends actively play while the majority of them have moved back to CSGO.  What happened?  Is the game still any good?

I think its a mix of Overwatch and CS:GO and that the future doesn't look so bright to me. Its boring in a way...
