Mine is between Captain America wielding Mjolnir against Thanos in Endgame and Iron Man vs Captain America and The Winter Soldier in Captain America: Civil War. The first is just awesome as all hell and the second is incredibly suspenseful as you can feel the drive they have for fighting each other.

10 Minute fight scene from the protector (the 2005 movie not netflix series).  It is one continuous shot similar to the fight scenes from daredevil Netflix series.  It is a great movie and I highly recommend watching some of Tony Jaa's stuff if you are into martial art type action films.

Any of Jackie Chans fight scenes from his old movies are always a solid A+ for me. The most recent one that I can think of is that kitchen fight scene from The Raid 2. It's so well choreographed and shot, I find myself going back to watch it every now and then.
