What's wrong with controllers these days?
#1
On one hand, controllers have gotten way more sophisticated, with motion, haptics, nicer build quality, and obviously wireless performance.

So why the hell are joysticks so bad these days? I've had friends complain about their PS5 controllers just as much as I've heard people talk about the Switch Joycons.

None of my old gen controllers have this problem. What gives? Have you noticed this?

I think it’s purposely done to increase sales. Why give the player one and reliable controller when you can give them a decent one which will break over time forcing them to buy another one often at the price of a full length game
