What's your Job hunting experience as fresh grads?

I'm honestly surprised at how this forums site is more than just leaked content. I want to vent out my fustrations and hopefully have some insights that might help me throught my journey.

So it's been more than a month when I started to find jobs (my preferred field is in the food industry). My first month was hell. I gave out 40+ job applications now, and only had 2 interviews. More than 10 rejections, and most of them ghosted me. What's worse is that, the company that I had my internship in (which is a well known international company btw) ghosted all of my applications. I was really hopeful at the employees there that they saw that I had potential in being with the company. They reposted the job role 3 times, applied to all, and yet no respose. I have fully given up on that company and decided to look for others.

I also revised my resume many times at this point. Going through job expos, etc... but now, I wanted to rest just for a bit and get my thoughts together.

What are your tips/insights to further increase my chances?

It's a numbers game, and unfortunately the job market is also pretty bad right now, the ghosting is also super rough, just know that you aren't alone in your frustrations and it only takes one company to see your value to make it all worth it. It's a terrible situation for job hunting right now, especially with AI resume readers that are pretty ineffective and catching data
