I love the fight scenes in Neon Genesis Evangelion where they end with Unit 01 going berserk, always made for some badass moments. Also Asuka's fight in End of Evangelion was legendary, Mitsuo Iso did an incredible job with conveying the scale and the weight of these giants fighting each other.
