In the United States, I would assume the Los Angeles area. So my guess would be CA.

Most pros seem to come from LA or Miami, though quite a few come from Las Vegas or NYC as well. My favorite are the small town girls though!

Basically what everyone said so far, CA/FL, but those would be where studios would be filming so not necessarily the hometown of all of the girls. Las Vegas is a short commute into CA.
