. I have a little experience with all of this languages, but have some experience with desktop and web development.
I plan to use Arduino or Rapberry Pico for it.

rust is probably the most used in startups if that helps

can't go wrong with c/c++, easy to learn

C should be fine for embedded systems. There are compilers for almost any platform and it's easy to work with limited resources.
